'Extraordinary' Success, Thanks To You!
Thank you to everyone who joined us for our 2019 Voyagers Auction 'Extraordinary Machinations' on Saturday evening, March 30th. It was wonderful to see so many of our families, friends and supporters getting into the theme of the night and to feel both the warmth of the early Spring sun and the warmth of our amazing extended community. Many of our alumni and their families joined together with our current parents, faculty, staff, donors and friends to create an event that was extraordinarily beautiful!
As I reflect upon the event, there were two things that stood out to me. The first was how privileged I felt to be a part of this community. On a daily basis I witness the goodness that your children and our faculty and staff bring to their work. It was humbling on Saturday night to be reminded again of how that goodness spreads across and throughout the broader school community. The second was the palpable commitment to the school - the commitment to attend, to raise paddles, to have fun, and to financially support the Harbor School.
Thank you to all of you for everything you do for our island school and particularly for your participation in supporting our annual fundraising event.
